1. What inspired you to get into the beauty industry, and how did lashes become your thing?
I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful, but lashes truly captured my heart. Seeing how a good set can boost someone’s confidence, it’s unmatched. I started experimenting on myself, then family and friends and it just clicked. It was more than a skill, it became my passion and purpose.
2. How would you describe your energy or vibe when clients sit in your chair?
Chill, comforting, and a little bougie ✨ I want every client to feel like they’re in their soft girl era relaxed, cared for, and walking out feeling like that girl! It’s not just about lashes, it’s the whole vibe for me.
3. What’s one lash style or service you feel is so slept on and deserves more love?
Textured wispy sets. Everyone loves a classic or mega volume moment, but those soft, fluttery, customized textures, Chef’s kiss! They add so much dimension and personality, it gives luxury without doing too much.
4. When you’re not lashing, how do you spend your self-care days?
I’m big on recharging. I love lighting candles, spending time with my kids, waxing and taking care of others skin care needs, and catching up on shows. Sometimes it’s a solo brunch or a quiet day off socials, whatever my spirit needs.
5. What advice would you give another woman thinking about starting her own lash business?
Start scared (cause I did) if you have to, JUST START. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Stay consistent, invest in your education, and don’t compare your journey. Your lane was made for you OWN IT!
6. What song instantly puts you in your boss babe bag?
“Dreams and Nightmares” by Meek Mill when I need to feel powerful or need some motivation but “Break every chain” by Tasha Cobbs when I’m in soft, elevated CEO mode. Balance, baby lol.
